By checking the checkbox and interacting with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.

Our Services

We provide a platform that connects you with freelance Bounty Hunters who possess expertise in various technical fields. The Bounty Hunters' skill levels and backgrounds may vary. Some of them may be known to us personally, while others may not. You acknowledge that we do not conduct background checks on the Bounty Hunters and that you use their services at your own risk.

Liability

By using our Services, you accept full responsibility for any risks, losses, or damages that may arise from your interaction with the Bounty Hunters. You agree that we shall not be held liable for any actions or omissions of the Bounty Hunters, including, but not limited to, errors, mistakes, or accidental deletions of your data or workflows.

Remote Control and Access

During the course of providing their services, Bounty Hunters may request remote control access to your computer or require you to grant them access to your accounts. By accepting their request or granting them access, you assume all liability for any actions taken by the Bounty Hunters while using your systems or accounts.

Payments

Payments for services rendered by the Bounty Hunters will only be processed after the successful completion of the tasks and to your satisfaction. If you choose to agree to the "partial payments" option by checking the corresponding checkbox, you acknowledge that in the event a Bounty Hunter provides a partial solution or demonstrates a good faith effort to solve your problem, you will be responsible for making a partial payment representing the effort made by the Bounty Hunter.

Off-Platform Work and Recruiting Fee

It is against our Terms of Service to take a Bounty Hunter off-platform for future work unless both you and the Bounty Hunter notify us in writing and pay a $2,000 "recruiting fee". Taking a Bounty Hunter off-platform without adhering to these requirements is cause for dismissal, and you will no longer be allowed to use our Services.

Auto Revocation of Access

To minimize liability, we encourage the use of our auto-revocation feature when granting access to your accounts. By using this feature, you can set a date on which the access will be automatically revoked, reducing the potential risks associated with prolonged access.

Limiting Liability and Access

We recommend that you limit the scope of access granted to Bounty Hunters by customizing user permissions and assigning them to specific accounts or tasks. This minimizes the potential "blast radius" of liability and ensures that the Bounty Hunters only have the necessary permissions to complete their tasks.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
